And he'll do it repeatedly until you believe him.
Yeah he's so old he'll need an Attendant soon.
Finally some actual facts... but just a correction to your typo "Biden* could flush a toilet."
The White House had to actually call in a plumber because Donald Trump clogged up the toilet with ripped up paper, most likely to be notes and perhaps classified documents.

Trump however denied it. The photographs of presidential White House toilet document dumps are possible evidence of Trump's violation of the Presidential Records Act.
White House residence staff periodically found wads of paper clogging a toilet and believed the former president, nicknamed the "notorious destroyer of Oval Office documents" was the flusher. Some samples of it turned out to be Trump's handwriting written in his favourite sharpie ink, but most of the word are illegible to read. It included the name of Rep. Elise Stefanik of upstate New York, a Trump defender who's a member of House Republican leadership.
Later lead to the search warrant of Trump's Mar-a-Lago, which found even more US classified documents.
I'll point out however that this statement of Trump is faked and just satire of the event:

Trump never admitted to it.
Trump quote: "Sinks and showers, and what's goes with showers... TOILETS, and they like flush it 10 times... not me, but YOU!"
ps: The US classified documents where found at Trump's Mar-a-Lago around the bathroom sink and shower room. For some reason, it was "YOU" who did the flushing 10 times, according to Trump, which I assume he means all of the American citizens and the US capital rioters, anyone except for himself?

Kimmel asked Joe Biden and I quote: "Just a process question, when you have sensitive documents that you need to flush down the toilet, is that done in your office toilet or in the personal bathroom area?"
Joe Biden's reply: "I call Trump"
Then adds: "Everyone talks about sensitive documents and the like. I don't destroy anything." and "The difference between when I would do that and others would do that is I always handed in all my notes."
Joe Biden is actually an extreme note taker and keeps everyone on record, including his phone logs, and taxes, etc. Something which is meant to be a requirement of the US president, but Joe Biden does more of than required... Yet Trump avoided at all cost.

Haha, funny modified version...
In the original, Joe Biden is actually saying and I quote: "What must be what?"
The reporter then repeated the question: "Is there a pathway for citizenship?"
Joe Biden answers: "Well there needs to be a pathway for citizenship. Whether it can be made part of immigration remains to be seen."
Anyways, as I said Joe Biden can just calls Trump to do that for himself:

Trump supporters quote: "TOILETS!"
White House staff actually spent a ton of time taping back together ripped documents by Trump for legal reasons and even had seen Trump chewing up / swallowing paper notes.
Didn't look like a typo to me. It's actually a quite clever contraction. I might start using it myself.
And remember we know Biden does have this problem...both being senile and saying things he probably shouldn't....and with crapping his pants.

Especially after bishops are saying Joe is "too stupid to understand how to be Catholic."
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FTCAV7TW9V8
Which corelates with lawyers saying he's not competent to stand trial.
Plus one thing I'm unclear about...even if the church says it's okay...according to their religion when they show up to the Pearly Gates will Saint Peter grant admission simply because their "fallen" church allowed it? Or does God get a say in this according to the religion?
Now if this were Christianity, I could see major leeway whereas the Catholic Church has always been strict.
