Up until very, very recently gender dysphoria was considered a mental disorder, and rightfully so.

It is totally delusional for a man to believe that he is woman, or for a woman to believe that she is a man. They can spout out the nonsense about social constructs all they wish, but none of that changes the fact that a man is an adult human male, and a woman is an adult human female, and there are distinct biological differences between the two that all the cosmetic surgery and hormone therapy in the world will never change. A man will never at any point in his life be at risk of having a miscarriage, and a woman will never at any point in her life be at risk of having testicular cancer.
