The Post Harris/Walz 2024 thread
"Somehow Palpatine returned"

For 'reasons,' maga republicans chose to write the next chapter of american political history by aping the plot device of the worst of the Star Wars films.

*Donald Trump is a convicted felon and adjudicated rapist.

  1. Elon's $ 56 billion salary Blocked a second time.
  2. Elon's XMas last-minute TaxBill when his 'Charity Scam" got busted.

Gee. I guess that wouldn't have happened if Kamala had won. Oh well.

(And nice job on closing your olist tag there, Jimmy.)

it is silly. some hardcore followers, the core maga, are too far gone. can't reason with them.
My question is why are you not banned longer like the rest of us?
You were banned for supporting Kamala? That's a little excessive. Your patriotism should be recognized.
    15 mil from ABC:

"In upholding the $5 million judgment in the first trial, U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan wrote that the unanimous verdict was almost entirely in favor of Carroll, except that the jury concluded she had failed to prove that Trump raped her “within the narrow, technical meaning of a particular section of the New York Penal Law.”

Kaplan, who presided over both of Carroll’s lawsuits against Trump, said the definition of rape in the state code was “far narrower” than how rape is defined in common modern parlance, in some dictionaries, in some federal and state criminal statutes and elsewhere.

The judge said the verdict did not mean that Carroll “failed to prove that Mr. Trump ‘raped’ her as many people commonly understand the word ‘rape.’ Indeed ... the jury found that Mr. Trump in fact did exactly that.”

Under New York law, a rape finding requires vaginal penetration by a penis. Forcible penetration without consent of the vagina or other bodily orifices by fingers or anything else is labeled “sexual abuse.”

The judge said the verdict did not mean that Carroll “failed to prove that Mr. Trump ‘raped’ her as many people commonly understand the word ‘rape.’ Indeed ... the jury found that Mr. Trump in fact did exactly that.”

No. As people understand the word rape, what Trump did was absolutely nothing and Jean Carroll is a crazy liar. The left knew this, this is why the left had to violate Trumps civil and Constitution rights to rail-road that case, and Jean Carroll is known as the woman who set all women back with their obvious fake claim.

I would like to see Trump make false rape/sexual assault claims to be a hate crime, especially after all the fake cases we've seen.

Studies find that there are more fake-cases of SA then real cases.

Jean Carroll was also bankrolled by one of Trumps political opponents and if one looks at her statements about "people think rape as sexy" and the fact that she painted all the trees in her home blue, painted most of the rocks, has pets that are named after sexual anatomy parts. And was unable to give any concrete dates or time when the event occurs. The judge also ruled that Trump wasn't allowed to deny it.

That's pretty rich...Democrats accuse you of something and then rule you're not even allowed to deny it.

Please remember that ABC had to pay Trump 15 million for this. IF people are from foreign countries like they claim to be in OT, then further defaming Trump in this manner is potentially a violation of the hate-speech laws of your country.

The best part of Trump was when he said "IT'S TRUMPIN' TIME" and trumped all over those guys.
    Fake news. Rigged election.

Also worth noting this isn't evidence Trump won the case, just that ABC assumed he'd use his presidential power to attack them if they didn't settle and this was cheaper than dealing with that.

correct. trump and his maga trifecta are now in a position to bully and they're throwing their weight around. ABC figured 15 mil to avoid more bs nonsense from a possible weaponized DOJ was a good deal.

    the corruption is obvious.

He can't legally take office anyway. Amendment 14, Insurrection clause - failure to act in a timely manner.

It's my opinion that mister Donald Trump was put into office to fight Putin's influence via online communities in the United States, notably Counter Strike, and that Hillary Clinton willingly, along with the GOP, let the election be "rigged" or pre-ordained so that Trump could weed out nut cases and violently prone in the American public.

He did that, but Putin hasn't fallen as yet due to his failed war in the Ukraine, so Trump is going to try an finish him off, after Biden tried to give us a normal president and presidency.

Putin doesn't know how to win on the battlefield. It's why he keeps hitting schools, hospitals and apartment complexes. He thinks he can inflict physical and emotional pain to break the Ukrainian people. And he's close to a total military collapse.

He may try an "ortillery" strike (yes, with an "O"), but if he does, then the gloves come off and Europe, and probably even China while annihilate Russia from the map.

a darkly funny tale, told at campfires to ease children's anxiety over the coming fiasco.
Not really funny, nor dark, just kind of the reality of letting communists have access to the net.

I personally saw it take root on various forums and game servers around 2000.

Nobody in their right mind would vote for the same nut case president TWICE ... and though that's not evidence, a lot of his interaction and those who supported him the first time around is.

His interaction with other politicos at Bush Sr's. funeral says it all.

The real problem is that, as I've stated, Vladimir Putin is psychopathic.

You're essentially dealing with a kind of "robot" that doesn't have the neurology that you and I have. He sees everything as a deception and threat to him because he's missing the empathy and sympathy circuits that you and I have. You can't really reason with him.

It's not a campfire story, And now that Syria's fallen, Russia's absolute number one ally in the middle east ... the chips are going to fall where they may.

i'm not one to succumb to the seduction of conspiracy theories. my mind is bulwarked against them for some reason. maybe it's education, maybe it's maybelline. my task here is to suss out whether you're on 'our' side or not. so far, you seem ok, but at first hint that something's amiss, you'll be the first to know.

i dont know what a communist looks like as an anon online. words can be pretended. 37% college educated in USA. the rest are not. these are the dire facts.
