Some study(I heard about it on the radio and didn't catch the name) said you need 100K a year to live comfortably in California(I think it was the LA area).
I don't know of ANY area in the entire country where 25K would be sufficient for anyone.(If you know please enlighten me, I want to at least "feel" rich)
What does "goofy" mean, here?
I am not well-versed in young-people parlance, so it may mean something completely different than what I think it means.
I'll go with "humor."
So, if one is being "goofy" in order to gain attention, the answer would be "no." At least, not in general.
But, if one is being "goofy" in order to be disarming, more approachable, to establish a more friendly and relaxed atmosphere, then "yes."
Though, that alone wouldn't always qualify as "attractive." What it does do is make it easier for the other person to be at ease and to not feel threatened, which certainly allows other things to act to attract them even more.
as it is I can't even get my shadow to hang out.

His jokes aren’t inherently funny but his execution is perfect. Just the way he says it makes me laugh as well.
