roblox sucks

the game itself is kinda good but the community is actually one of the worst.

i joined this game where you rent booths and put stuff on them and there were a bunch of people who were definitely under 13 dressed like soldiers and they went from booth to booth harassing the booth owners.

i also found people dressing up as kkk members and said tons of horrible things towards blacks.

i also found someone dressed as hetler who had a 2 signs, one had a picture of hetler the other had a sign that had some text on it i cant remember.

i see why most people say they hate roblox, and i kind of agree even though i have been playing for many years.

i tried to play the game for curiosity sake, i like "engineer" type game with buildable world, but technically the game lagged much more than minecraft so i skipped on it. usually though if roblox was only game i could play perhaps i would give it a try, i remember most games i played as a kid on nes were much worse, like as an example "darkwing duck" is just 8 by 8 pixel character running on some 200x200 box screen with 3 tries, it was hell, and boring and never actually "fun", more frustrating tbh.

"rate my avatar" is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ game, games like phantom forces, jailbreak, even some games just to pass time like horrific housing are good. people will play trash games on roblox like adopt me or royale high then talk about how roblox sucks. been playing it since 2012 and yea its gotten ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in 2020, lots of the good games are kinda hidden, hard to find anything good on the front page.

that place is notorious for being a bit of a wild west even if they claim to have "good moderation"

its well known the moderation goes through a keyword detector that scans the past 50 messages in chat only, people have tested this out on there, there are no safety measures to stop anything other than a few keywords in chat, they've tried making the platform "all ages" to be less liable for the foul nonsense that happens on there

its an example of going corporate and out of touch with the community that got you there. the platform got boring when the standard of quality dipped and people pump out boring copy and pasted games aimed at making children gamble left and right, definitely was more fun when i was a kid, but that place is one giant "anything goes" at this point i rather stay away from

Roblox sucks nowadays! can't even play a single game without some 12 year old child buying the most expensive items for a game just to win and say that they are better than everybody else and have the most Emo avatar possible. The only good games are games that don't have 1 thousand gamepasses for everything Can't even walk 100 feet without paying 10 dollars just to walk 2 more feet. And games without gamepasses are more fun than ones without any and all the good games are like dead with no one ever playing besides that 1 person.
