Apparently and surprisingly, it is if slaughtered accordingly:
https://halalharamworld.com/is-kangaroo-halal/
https://www.amust.com.au/2020/06/halal-kangaroo-meat-could-be-the-most-sustainable-enterprise/
halal is a butchering method.
(basicly it is sacrificed to... )
which is why it is outlawed for christians to eat halal meat...
->
for we may not eat meat thats sacrificed to false gods.
But if butchered by the halal method, yes kangaroo meat can be halal.
It has not been declared an unclear annimal by islam.
however kangaroo cannot be kosher, as it is an annimal with split hoofs.
I don't know if this is deliberate disinformation, I suspect it is due to having you both blocked. Horse meat was never sold in supermarkets, at least here in the U.K, and the scandal was that it was being mixed with beef and then advertised as pure beef.
Fitting names for a groundhog and two geese.
That's the first time I've heard Christians are prohibited to eat halal. All Abrahamic religions yield to the same God.
But what do I know.
horse was here in the netherlands sold in supermarkets.
horse steak
smoked horsemeat (cold cut for on bread)
horse sausage
were upto 10 years ago all sold in supermarkets right beside their beef alternatives.
when the scandal bout horsemeat sold as beef broke out..
-
a ban was placed on importing horsemeat from south america.
this in effect also ended supermarkets selling horsemeat as a cheaper alternative to beef.
No they not serve the same god, they serve other gods.
(and basicly satan posing as god)
Paneucamine is a false teaching.
and with them serving false Gods..
Meat sacrificed to a false God, is forbidden to eat by christians.
(we are not to ask when given food what is it.. but when it is told and we know it is sacrificed to other Gods (as is the case with halal food) it is forbidden to eat by christians.
if we know it is halal food, it is haram;)
Yeah, then the media lost their minds over microwave lasagna.
Now you can only get it at specialised butchers at a premium - that is if you can find a decent butcher in the first place, because most are gone. I hate it as well. There are some traditional dishes that require cheval and there's no better sausage than a Pferdeknacker.
I actually don't think it's less tasty, but that's highly subjective.
That wasn't an issue when 'Strayans still had firearms. ;P
I liked horse as it was cheaper than beef, leaner, had better and more protains.. and had more of the muscle building enzymes.
it was the perfect bodybuilding meat..
the story bout microwave lasagna does go a bit further.
***meat that was rotten (fungus on it and everything).. and horse meat from horses that were totally unsuited (like having had medication that made these horses unsuited for human consumption).. was sold by meat maffia's..
-> a meat compagny from OSS, Netherlands did a lot of this fraud with rotten meat and relabling..
-> but the having hormons and medication in horsemeat that are not allowed here was often due in south america horse passports was falsified.
this led to a general ban on ALL imported horsemeat from south america.
***
Meaning basicly all horsemeat you buy now is from local horses.
But as europe unlike south america uses horses only as hobby, and many of those "pferdenmadchen" have such sentiments about their annimal, very few are still offered to be used for meat.
sure they could have just made better regulation on the importchain, but by than the sentimentals already driven horsemeat out of the supermarket indeed due microwave lasagna..
some farmers here actually keeping horses for their meat.. might be a nice thing.. reintroducing horsemeat as common meat.. but imagine the backlash if anybody would discover that;)
but who knows.. if those same snowflakes who see horses as people manage to ban all non electric cars.. we may see a return to the horse for transportation;) and horsebutchers to "recycle" them.
I know, it was an institutional problem, not a cheval problem. But the media with its headlines made it all about cheval, not about the lack of integrity from institutions and politicians. The headlines read "horse meat", not "meat mafia" - and headlines are all what most people read. Sold better, I guess.
