I do take CBD oil medicinally, though, because I deal with mental and physical ailments like depression, anxiety, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue.

I've had CBD oil recommended to me (not by a doctor) for the same things. But I just take L-Tryptophan. Helps me with my IBS, insomnia, depression, and road rage.

The occasional drink helps with my aches, pains, and anxiety (usually about the neighbors).

Oh yeah, I've heard about that LT stuff. Got ya. Hopefully, what you're doing is helping you. :)

I've only tried marijuana twice.

I'm MUCH nicer after a few beers.

Plus I have no musical talent to speak of.
