rich people should be helping people than buying luxory items
oh this family is struggling in dept from collage loans and can barely buy a house but na me jeff bezos gonna buy a rocket to mars.

mr beast made wells in Africa and other stuff, but no nestle needs their profits.

like how can these people be rich and not care about people. like cool you put in effort and all this stuff but you got lucky no one thought of it before you or had the change to do something.

i don't mind people being successful but these company's would rather hurt people and be at the top then to help people grow.

i am not saying they should help everyone but even a few people is still a win.

i really hate this world where people want to be rich and then buying items flexing their wealth and acting like a holes instead of helping people. i can't believe people don't get karma ether for being so selfish.

people say you would do the same, no i would not. i believe in having enough money so i don't struggle to live and would give the rest away. i don't need a mansion or a yathy or other fancy things to be happy. legit simple person who enjoys the simple life.

We're all living under the same system.

The rich is not earning more than you. He is just earning multiple times more than you. For example he earns $1 from a song he produced, but he sold 100,000 copies.

Now, we claim this rich person should donate $100,000 to the poor. So who is the poor now? The 100,000 people who paid. They are all in $1 debt. If this $100,000 is returned, then each only get back $1.

Assume the poor is someone unrelated. That poor gets $100,000. Will it be fair to the 100,000 people who paid?

It turns out, "the rich should donate to the poor" is equivalent to "someone should gather money from everyone and give it to someone who doesn't work". Is it fair for the group of people? If I request 1 million steam players to each give me $1 so I became a millionaire overnight, is it fair? It is not.

To make things fair, the poor should measure his earning against the majority, not against 1 rich. The poor should be given the same earning as the majority, or at least help to boost him to that passing entry level.

The rich can buy expensive things and that money is transferred over to other bosses, who will then transfer them back to the majority of workers.

And how much do you help OP?....now that you try to put it all on others to do :steamfacepalm:
What they do with their wealth is up to 'them'. You cannot dictate how it should work when the system in place is already working as intended. Whip-cracking wagies is hard work.

You can apply that logic to normal people too. They can buy luxury, instead spend it for the poor people. You OP can buy games, but why buy games? You don't need it to survive, just give it to the poor.

In reality their money, their business.
poor ppl cant play his games cuz they dont have a good pc.. means it wouldnt help giving them his games

Every big corpos already have CSR. Give out money for those in need. Nestle included.
Ask google and you'll get plenty of results.

Some, or I could say most of them give out more money than your saint and savior Mr.beast ever did.

Contrary to your belief, rich people and business do care about the poor. Just not in the way you want.

Before 2018, Bezos didn’t have much of a philanthropic résumé. It was a source of growing criticism from the press and nonprofit experts as his net worth climbed, topping $100 billion by the end of 2017. He’s since kicked his philanthropic efforts into high gear, committing $2 billion to his Day 1 Families Fund in 2018, of which about $521.6 million so far has been granted to organizations addressing homelessness, and in 2020, announcing the $10 billion Bezos Earth Fund (BEF). In an Instagram post announcing the fund, Bezos wrote, “Climate change is the biggest threat to our planet. I want to work alongside others both to amplify known ways and to explore new ways of fighting the devastating impact of climate change on this planet we all share,” noting that averting the crisis would require action from “big companies, small companies, nation states, global organizations, and individuals.”

Since stepping down as Amazon CEO in 2021, Bezos has had more time to focus on this new chapter of his public life. With the Bezos Earth Fund, which responds to the climate crisis with an emphasis on conservation and restoration, he indicated that he would give away roughly $1 billion a year through 2030. According to the fund’s website, it has granted $1.63 billion since its launch.

my bad, I mean the money OP use to buy games. Instead of using it to buy games, use it to help the poor instead.

Basically just showing this sort of logic you can only dig deeper and deeper to the point where everyone can only wear rags (just enough to survive), eat only bland food just enough to survive, and live in apartment just enough to survive. Anything non essentials should be used to help the poor until they too have just enough to survive. It's a twisted logic.

We know this, most celebrities don't help others out of the goodness of their hearts, most do to further themselves. But people will chap and cheer them for doing so.

But lets be honest, what Mr Beast has done is helping people get fresh water. Nothing wrong with this even if Mr Beast is making money out of doing so. Because these people wouldn't be getting fresh water if it wasn't for Mr Beast.
