you either have it or you don't there is no inbetween.

I do think most people that claim to have it don't actually have it though, makes no sense how trans people were a massive minority, even less than vegans but now are commonplace, either someone is spiking the water or people are claiming they have something they don't.

I can happily say I don't have this incongruence.

i get it but one problem
we don't go around telling people our "preferred" pronouns and get mad over it if they call you a guy instead of a "girl"
i never insisted on saying I'm a girl or forcing it on people, it's just life

Not every person with gender dysphoria does it either. Some don't want the attention.
