Personally, I don’t buy into this idea. Duality seems to triumph over balance.

Well we are... Aren't we? We're made of "universe stuff", possessing consciousness. Unless you believe in a metaphysical mind apart from the brain, that seems to be exactly what we are.

My father is of a belief similar to this.

He thinks we’re all part of the same “whatever” (my words not his), consciousness or entity or whatever but that we’re experiencing existence or whatever (again my words) as a focal point of perception.

Essentially kind of saying that you and I are of the same conscious extension of the universe (or God or whatever) just experiencing a different point of view/life/existence.

It’s an interesting theory. Much like all the rest of the theories. All I know is that as a human, I’ll never really know.
