You know what happens to those kids? They turn into this guy:
http://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/7/412449508278050695/
Short version: Guy is being bullied at school over a game he plays. Doesn't think teachers care. His plan is to tell the other students' parents that they are bullying him at school.
The guy is in college. Yes, you read that right. He's not some 14 year old kid. He's an adult.
And there is a difference between bullying in school and workplace. The difference is that many of the things bullies do in school are not allowed at work.
Backstabbing isn't a form of bullying,it's part of the success and can even be done by a jealous nerd.
Thought cyber bullying is the easiest thing to handle as you can simply mute the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
Cyberbullying can not be compared to bullying in Real life.
While in rl everyone can see your superficial flaws, this is not the case on the internet...
UNLESS you let your guard down by .. dunno... Speaking about your feelings, uploading pictures of yourself or speaking to someone via voice chat, teamspeak or skype or whatever.
On the internet you're pretty much responsible for yourself. While ..years ago I experienced bullying first hand -as a victim - I have never had any problems on the internet.
Kids today are too quick to share personal information. When I became basically addicted to the internet (lol) I would have never even considered sharing personal information - and neither did anyone I knew.
Now with social media , it's almost obligatory to upload picture of yourself for example. But if you don't meet societies' definition of "pretty", Then don't upload pics which you could be bullied for!! Don't show ANY characteristic you might be bullied for!
