She doesn't look that tough, but everyone has been saying shes OP, what character can beat her and how?

Say anime sucks.
The 500 pound weeaboo playing as her will scream at you with his anime body pillows, then you can attack Bayonetta without him seeing you do it.
HINT: Ask him what is his favorite anime, then make fun of his favorite anime.

I'm talking about countering the moves and avoiding the combos and stuff like that.

Oh. I honestly don't know. Maybe just avoid players that pick her? It's the same thing with Cloud. I hate him, but everyone loves him and because of that, he's OP as balls but nobody cares.

The reason I posted this is because my friend is hosting a local smash tournament and he's allowing bayonetta which I call BULLCRUD!

IDK. Don't suck at smash? It is the everyman's fighter. But good at a fighter, beat The Witch? Unless you are, admitting a lack of skill for Brawl..

Whoops.. That seems like a hang up. You can't beat the game because you don't have the skill to compensate for a character, or the game sucks in general////

Seems like negatives on both fronts, OP.
