Curious on how to do this in Adobe photoshop

Hey guys ive seen quite a few people on the internet use letters, from the names of the game.
Like own name, but letters used from GTA 5 or anything, and tbh it looks pretty cool,
Question is though, could someone link me a tutorial or anything on how to do this?
