Oh, clever, "Autism Derangement Syndrome." Real original. Anyway, if you think Asmongold is all "us vs. them" just for the sake of it, you're missing the point. He doesn't need some overly complex, pretentious analysis because that’s not what his audience cares about. He's aiming for people who want someone to call out the gaming industry without the PR gloss and flowery fluff.
And yeah, maybe he does target a specific crowd. Folks who are tired of corporate nonsense in gaming and just want a voice that says, "Hey, this is trash." He’s speaking for gamers fed up with microtransactions, shady dev practices, and broken launches. If that's “simple” to you, maybe you just don’t get that sometimes, the truth doesn’t need a thesis paper.
You hit the nail on the head. Asmon keeps it real because he’s not out there selling a polished image or trying to be anyone's guru. He just tells it like it is with no ego about being some gaming “legend” or “insider.” That’s why his audience actually trusts him because he’s not running a cash grab. And you’re right, he doesn’t even take subs or donations. Meanwhile, half the streamers out there are all about TTS vanity with that fake hype, milking every last dollar from their chat for little more than "shoutouts."
Splattercat’s a perfect example too. He just plays the games, shows what he thinks, and lets the viewer decide without trying to sell himself as the ultimate authority. It’s a breath of fresh air seeing guys who aren’t in it just for the cash machine.
Mind you;
Even if WHOLE WORLD becomes a single voice about God and tell me "There's no God, Prophets (including Jesus Christ) , Holy Books, Angels, Heaven, Hell...", i will just shrug off and would be thankful to God that he left only me in this World as his lieutenant.
stating the obvious coiunts as insight now, eh?
I think hes a decent and realistic guy
Something game journo's and wokies don't like
