They are separate.
You can use a Microsoft account as an Xbox account but they are separate accounts.
Please educate me then, surely it can't be hard to make what halo game launched on the 360 after all.....
I mean the only reason to not say it is if you realized you were wrong and won't admit it...
Yep, I've had my Microsoft account for 30+ years, I use it for Xbox and heck I think it's my minecraft login for my daughter, as well as containing my windows licenses. They have one unified account
Lmfao. Apparently your not a xbox gamer, Halo consoles are made each year halo games as well halo is their most priced game. Take your dumb arguments out of my thread go post your own thread and stay over there.
He never stated Halo games aren't made for each console or that a halo themed console isn't made every console generation.
Halo isn't always a launch title is what he said.
How about sources to back up your post. IMSHO you're speculating with absolutely nothing to back up your post.
Even Skyrim and Fallout 4 are on GOG.
This is an odd take. Do you have any of the current consoles? Sounds like you don't.
I have a PS5 alongside my 7600x/7900xt PC and its amazing. I get 120fps on it for games like COD and even the new Alan Wake 2 has a 60fps mode that runs very well on PS5/Series X. I can play old CODs without the fear of stack overflow hacks on console unlike PC.
I sold my Series X when I built my PC. Kept my PS5 for exclusives like spiderman 2 that I am currently enjoying (60fps with RT!). Next up will be Death Stranding 2 and FFVII Rebirth.
I would never buy a COD game, Alan Wake 2, Death Stranding or Final Fantasy 7 rebirth, and I do not care about 120 fps, 60 are more than fine for my needs and in most cases I could accept 30 fps too.
The only modern console that I have is a Switch end even that one is a disgusting piece of crap because of 1) the offensive subscription scam and 2) new Nintendo games are less good than I was used to and expected too (but honestly this problem started on the WiiU... and even a little bit earlier, with the sequel of the first Mario Galaxy game and the fact that Nintendo developers don't know what to do anymore because they are clearly unable to surpass what they did with Mario Galaxy 1, to be CMPLETELY honest)
I do not need to try a XBox console or a Normiestation 5 to know that for sure I would dislike (hate, at least in the case of XBox) them even more, much more, than I hate the Switch
That's the state of gaming, if they had 100% perfect back compat for 360/PS3 with continued guaranteed full online then I'd probably buy a current gen system but not under any other condition because consoles especially and gaming in general is just trash now.
LMAO Spider Man 2, for one year too, that's all Sony got to offer nowdays? They can keep that exclusive forever and it'd be for the better, infact it's a extra point for Xbox it's likely to not ever get that. It never made so little sense to buy a console as today.
I even forgot to mention the fact that I would never buy Spiderman 2 either lol. And since we are at it I also would never buy a Fifa game or any other sport game of that kind either. (I know that many people who buy a Normiestation buy it only to play Fifa and / or COD and never try anything else)
I spelled it out for you in my previous post. Exclusives, games that just flat out work, and a safer environment for online gaming when it comes to older games. That, and native Dualsense wireless features is chef's kiss.
Console gaming is not for everyone and thats fine. I just like gaming and even though I have a high end PC, I don't need it to enjoy gaming.
Also older games are entirely dependent on official servers on console which is why even if they're up in the first place most will opt to play on custom PC servers actively maintained by the community.
Steam Input.
Neither do I, I'm not against consoles or anything, I could use one if I had to, it's just that gaming plain sucks now in general, buying a box that does nothing else but play modern AAA garbage is an incredibly pointless purchase, a PC at least can do more and has full back compat, once console figure that out once again I'll buy one but at this point it's easier to wait for and more likely anyways that they'll just make PC ports and emulators will get better.
