Call of duty won't be on Playstation or Steam in the future including The Elder Scrolls
When people say Elder Scrolls 6 won't come to Steam or Playstation,

Don't you remember a long time ago when developers tried this? It was oblivion. It took a good amount of time, but when it finally hit, people were happy.

Elder scrolls 6 Coming to these platforms is not a guarantee, but as long as you have hope, it might.

Some say it is coming to Steam for PC, but what they fail to realize is that Xbox Game Pass is what Xbox refers to as PC, so it won't actually be on PC; it would still be an Xbox thing.

Sadly, Xbox does this on purpose because if they said Xbox, Xbox Game Pass, or PC, they would make people even more upset when they realized it was not coming to PC.

Call of duty Some say it will stay with the PlayStation and Steam,  but it won't. It is simply a contract, and Xbox, with every game they own, always forces exclusives on their games, sometimes even stopping the renewal of contracts or even changing the price.

Xbox has Gears of War, Halo, Elder Scrolls, Fable, Call of Duty, and MineCraft. But it won't end there. And if you know Xbox, you know everything they own becomes exclusive at some point.

You may still encounter those who say well, PC, but Xbox Game Pass isn't PC; to say it is would be hearsay.

It is a console; it is Xbox.

But what made people mad and upset when oblivion finally came was that it didn't have any achievements. After they never received it because it was exclusive, they became mad and upset about something else.

I wonder if Elder Scrolls 6, the last Elder Scrolls game, will have achievements.

A lot of companies won't pay ridiculous prices for a game when a contract ends. So they can still provide a better gaming experience.

The idea of making Call of Duty exclusive is not feasible at the moment, as it would affect its community, which is the reason for its success. This is also why its competitors have failed.

I'm pretty sure they din't even started working on elder scroll 6 yet and even if they did they probably haven't made much progress on it.

Oblivion din't get achievement on PC because it was not originally a steam game , you could buy the game in store and it din't need an online launcher to work.

I still have my old copy that had both Fallout 3 and Oblivion PC version in a single dvd case by the way.

This is not something that I am going to lose sleep over. There are thousands of other games to play.

I already was not interested in TES 6 simply because I still love Skyrim (and Oblivion too) way too much to put time and effort in a new game like them. I already had to choose between Oblivion and Skyrim (I finished both but I could not keep playing both indefinitely) and now I would not want to stop playing Skyrim, even if Bethesda still existewd. Imagine now that Bethesda does not even exist anymore (has been bought by Microsoift) how much I care about TES 6. As far as I know it will probably suck. It is extremely unlikely that it will be as good as previous games, but it would not even matter that much because I would not want to stop playing Skyrim anyway. At first I thought that Skyblivion would have made me stop playing Skyrim, but now I don't think so anymore, and if Skyblivion can't do that for sure TES 6 cannot do that either, believe me. The more I play Skyrim the more I get addicted and at this point I probably have much more than 3000 hours on it, and most of them without any mod (but I played and loved the masterpiece The forgotten city).

Call of duty is not even a good game if you ask me, I hate it... Ok I must admit I hate that genre, I hate military fps the only fps games I like are Doom 64, Quake 1, FANTASY / horror themed fps of that kind... it must remind me of Lovecraft stories somehow, if not then I do not like them. I absolutely do not like Quake 2 even if it is objectively much more well made polished and enjoyable than Quake 1, for example. I am extremely picky with fps games and in most cases I just do not like them at all.

i think we dont appreciate whats out there, most of games i never finished, let alone mods, and most people never bother modding or fixing old content, so what happens is they keep making unfinished games since they use another game release as "well now wwe gonna fix it this time and make a perfect game", release some half baked game and instead of fixing it guess what they make another unfinished sequel.

Bethesda is owned by Microsoft. So is fable, halo, gears of war, mine craft and now call of duty. They always make their games exclusive it won't change ever. However sometimes developers get Microsoft to allow it like Oblivion. As they got a whole fan base on Playstation, steam.

Bethesda hasn't died.

You didn't cite a source that it won't be on Steam. You just made a speculative claim.

Phil Spencer made is pretty clear that COD will be available on PlayStation for the foreseeable future per the 10 year deal signed.

Like he said with every other game studio he buys like elder scrolls. Second it is a contract once that contract ends it over. Call of duty will be Xbox exclusive. Just like es6 is now. Maybe learn what contracts are and be there when oblivion came out and others. They take the game studios and make them exclusive. In the future call of duty would be Xbox game pass or Xbox only. Just like es6 so far is Xbox only according to the leak since they don't mention game pass but game pass is what Xbox calls pc when game pass isn't pc.

I take this with a grain... scope of salt.
Thet would miss out a good shunk of PC market as well as of now they have been releasing titles on Steam at least including Diablo 4.

They do this all the time. Steam doesn't have all the games. It all on Xbox game pass.

It won't be. Leak says Xbox, PC. Xbox calls PC game pass instead of writing game pass. Es6 is Xbox game pass and Xbox only sadly.

Like he said with every other game studio he buys like elder scrolls. You have to be a fool to believe him. Second it is a contract once that contract ends it over. I think its well known that most games will become Xbox/PC exclusive, however COD is a different beast in terms of revenue it generates. Losing that PS revenue is massive, and Phil recently said that the only thing that will change is that exclusive deals will be done.

Things can change and hey very well might, but losing the PS base would be huge. I doubt that most of them would move over to Xbox for COD.
