very little.

I used to support valves market and give them their cut for basically free games... but gaben decided he wanted my personal info to do so and I'm not into late night snicker calls so nty m8, hope you enjoyed my propping up your market.

AAA game companies will regularly spend more on marketing than it costs to develop the game. Same for movie studios, actually.

I had to put a monthly cap that I have to abide by to keep my gaming spending under control. 100 cad a month, trying to get that down even more though

To answer the second part of the topic(just noticed)...
I tend to only spend on steam these days in terms of entertainment.

basically zero, since I found out you lose access if you have old windows versions.

I still get dlcs for games I already rent here

My budget is $500/year. That’s Canadian funds, so the equivalent of two AAA Limited Editions on average.
