We have no free will. The only real good and evil person, is this monster god. Everything and everyone else are just chess pieces on a board.


And Jesus? He created the literal Hell. It didn't exist until he started meddling. It was just the grave (Sheol) before. Now he gets the pleasure of torturing you forever if you have the nerve to reject a free gift.

Imagine if Amazon burned people at the stake if they declined a $10 gift card. Well your messiah manages to be more immoral than that even.

His sacrifice wasn't a sacrifice. A god being around for eternity. Dying a convict's death. Then being god again for eternity is not a sacrifice. Judas was the scapegoat in any case. So that's gotta suck. Jesus gets out of his own Hell in 3 days, orders Satan to posses and damn Judas for eternity.

God's a monster that must be defeated, we've written too much fiction where he wins, now write some fiction that has him lose, miserably.

I think its just pointless to argue about topics like religion because if you are open minded and give it a try and read the bible i think you will see why so many people are interested and live by it.

The best way to make people interested in the bible is not by talking about it but its through living by its rules and doing great things in your life.

I've read enough related material during the four years of literature studies to be even more critical of it than I would otherwise be. And if any religion looks appealing to me, that'd be the ancient Slavic one. Svarog is completely impartial and has no commandments. He appreciates us all for what and who we are, for the whole universe is nothing but his dream (though there ARE some taboos, like harming a person you shared bread and salt with). The rest of the deities are just forces and phenomena of nature doing their designated job. Svarog won't throw me in a hell for indulging myself in the pleasures of the world. Svarog didn't cause calamities like the Flood or murdered first-born sons of a nation. He didn't level cities with rain of brimstone. Svarog is more merciful than the christian God. I don't believe ancient Slavic myths but if I HAD to choose a religion... it'd be the one of my ancestors who were baptized against their will.

The character of Jesus in the bible is probably just a fictional character in my opinion. All we ever got was someone writing that someone existed, that person being Jesus.

Can't say if his mother is anything special because there's no evidence about that. And in the bible, Jesus is far away from being good. He didn't even suffer all that much for the whole humanity. Other people have suffered much greater harm than Jesus. And it's even been documented in more than in one book.

All this to say that if the story about Jesus is true, somehow, then god gave him a extremelly easy life compared to a lot of other people. And in my eyes, that's very weak and shows a lot of favorism based on who you are and not on what you do.
