reporting and come backs?.

So i finally reported next door for smoking weed in apartment as it smelling rest of ours out. Like i said before i only live in 4 apartment block and one is empty. The only thing about reporting people are the come backs from that person. Have any one reported anyone before and got any comebacks even though they are in wrong in first place.

As long as it not going into other people airspace or living space thats ok. Like i said it was effecting my eyes and smelling out kitchen and landing. Below could even smell it in the bedroom which i couldnt at least. I was going to bed early just to get away from it.

Also in the UK its actually illegal to smoke in buildings. Some are even going outside to Vape now too. There is also a sign at the bottom of the stairs saying its illegal to smoke in this building never mind weed.

yeah and the thing about weed smell is it lingers longer then normal cigarette smoke which just as bad but doesnt last as long. It just funny how it ends up downstairs smelling worse. I think they complained too that why management replied so quickly.

Also you should be fortunate as i dont smoke, Have any friends round, I live on my own, I dont have parties, Game and watch TV on my head phones and 99% of the time i keep myself to myself. I just ask for same back either if its weekend or not. People in apartments have different needs so consideration should be 7 days a week not just when that other is not working etc.

Let them smoke weed. It doesn't affect you in any way or form, other than itching your prejudices.

When people cook, specially when they use onion ans garlic, you can smell it from the corridors and other apartments as well.

Try to isolate your apartment better, and/or to talk nicely with your neighbor.

It reads like an "you" issue that you're trying to make into everyone's issue.

Went over to my parents' home yesterday, Dad is a heavy user. Got a raging headache. Both parents deny health effects and get disturbed if I complain.

I was out walking one day and the person who shouted and swore at me at the time saw me and pulled over blocking my way crossing road with car. He rolled the window down and shouted. That apartment you were in what your mum and dad own the person smoking weed and smelling it all out. I said. That not my problem. he yelled at me again but just said. That not my problem i dont live there no more and walked off laughing. KARMA lol.

Yeah, a lot of people typically don't like getting narked on. I would honestly be very careful about tattling on people about silly stuff like that. I mean, I understand and sympathize with you having a kidney transplant and that you don't want their smoking to somehow affect you by showing up on a drug test, but you could end up narking on the wrong person and getting seriously hurt. I suggest just trying to mind your own business and use fans, some fabreeze, or something to get the smell out of your apartment.

Also, something else to consider is that some people smoke that stuff for medicinal reasons, just throwing that out there.

And if you want to point out that pot has been used for pain treatment, on the advice of my doctor (before the pain contract was in effect) I tried pot as a method of pain management. Pot is legal in my state.

What I found was that the pain did not go away. What ended up happening is I was still in pain but I just did not care. That is different than pain medication, which suppresses your CNS. I also found that to get to a point where I was not bothered by the pain, I had to get pretty stoned. This made it nearly impossible for me to conduct business such as pay my bills, go shopping, or even clean my house.

So yes, I will report people smoking weed in my complex. Not only are they violating the rules of the complex but they are indirectly putting me in danger of breaking a pain contract.

Just because it didn't work for your pain does not mean that it does not work for others. There's a reason why people do use it for pain management, along with other things like mental illnesses, cancer, etc. My mom used it for back pain when she was alive, and it seemed to help her a lot.

I have to say it... I think reporting people over a plant is pretty catty.

But he was willing to nark on him though. Double standards?. in the UK its not legalised and the gov trying to put law into making age limit older and older for normal cigs.

Yup i had a blood test the other day for kidney review to see how its working hope the breathing in the smoke doesnt effect blood test showing up wrong and nhs having to alter my immune system tabs due to false test because of passive smoke in enclosed space.

Ive seen her on stairs this morning and we just said hi as normal and later even accept big parcel when she wasnt in. Like i said i dont want her to get in trouble over but i dont want to be breathing it in. the reason why i moved into a smaller block thinking it wouldnt be as bad.

Him that shouted at me when i asked him not to vape but had nerve to nark on person in my parents apartment now for smoking weed. They did contact management of that building but nothing was done and he still smokes it. But as said the vape person didnt like it when i asked him.

i can tell what kind of neighbour you would be. Probably i can do it my self but you cant :P
