there's no cure; once your heart takes on the extra calcium permanently your body is never going to undo the compensating fat arrangements. you'd have a heart attack if it did, most likely due to starvation.
Nope. Altering your horomones isn't going to alter the calcium levels in your heart, and that's the issue.
No, the calcium is in the heart. Not your blood.
It's also a semi-static structure, not a fluid renewal one. Blood liquidity isn't going to be affected once the structure is in place, unless you're not eating enough calcium and having heart palpitations as a result.
then your blood will show a calcium deficiency, because you're not eating enough calcium.
similarly bulking will make you even more top-heavy, and more prone to lower body injuries. which due to the poor fat supply your ankles probably won't be able to prevent from normative exercise, instead causing permanent nerve damage.
There's no such thing as "skinnyfat"...

i'd scan the page from my early 2000s health book about beta blocker syndrome, but since it's being scrubbed off the net I assume they'd just come after me for it.
bench presses are terrible exercise, and they're only popular because the plates are expensive and can't be used for anything else. have you tried pull-downs or shoulder presses?
