And so is Kirby Puckett.
In very few cases you really feel that powerful in Kirby games and it is usually because you eat particularly powerful or special enemies. In most cases the controls are a bit frustrating and Kirby do not feel that powerful.
Warioland 1 is a game that made you feel ridiculously overpowered compared to the standards of other platformer games expecially back then, so if Kirby is that powerful what about Wario?
I think that they really messed up way too much what Kirby should be, a simple and cute platformer taking place in a colourful dream world with no particular lore at all except get rid of the bad guys who are causing problems...
(same goes for Sonic imo, I am a big fan of Sonic 1 and I must admit I also really like a lot Sonic Unleashed too so I know this could sound contradictory but generally speaking creating more complex stories for this kind of products is wroing imo)
Anyway in terms of power I let the gameplay speak and Wario and Donkey Kong (and maybe even Super Mario) could destroy Kirby in the blink of an eye.
