Concern about gender segregation of public toilets is nonsense.

Ah yes, the famous public toilet crime that we see on the news every day, the scary rapists who totally would have raped someone if it wasn't for some stupid symbols on doors and of course, people who totally use public toilets for parades and conspiracies instead of entering, doing their business and exiting.

Then, there's the absolutely genius argument of "privacy" in something literally called a "public toilet" which just makes so much sense. Not to mention that separate stalls with doors that can be locked somehow aren't enough, apparently. Do you arrange secret meetings and discuss world domination in those public toilets if you need that much privacy? I know this sounds crazy, but you're a human being like everyone else and the world actually doesn't revolve around you, so just mind your own business and do your thing.

As for gender segregation itself, it hasn't always been that way and don't forget that there also used to be racial segregation for public toilets. As you can imagine, people had similar nonsensical arguments in favor of racial segregation too, but not having that anymore is obviously not a problem after all. Also, not having segregated public toilets is much more efficient in terms of cost, space, construction, maintenance, queues and security. By the way, have you ever noticed that handicapped toilets have never been segregated? That's just one example of this already being a thing, as it was before segregation was even introduced and that wasn't too long ago.

Anyway, any kind of personal, political and religious complaints about this "issue" are obviously not valid concerns because that has nothing to do with facts and statistics.

Well women here lost the right of control over their own bodies here when they lost the right to have an abortion.

So women's rights in the USA are somewhat questionable at this time.

In here abortion is allow only before 3 months, or if the fetus is ill, or if the woman is risking to die out of pregnancy.

What exactly do you mean by "the right to have privacy", especially considering that either way, you go in individual, separated stalls with each one having its own door that can be locked?

We are not talking only about public bathrooms, but also school/job/gym bathrooms, where people take showers.

While for us males, it's not a big deal, it's just covering our penis, females do also have mammels, and they feel more insecure about their body, expecially if there are males in there.

Also, due to the fact a male is stronger than a female, they also fear to be abused or raped.

Women do also have other biologically needs that they don't want to show, this is why females do value privacy much more than males.

at most i took for granted that sexual assault in the women's toilets in general didn't increase in places that adopted self-id laws, for the sake of a point, only to then ask if this was actually the case
