Sativa was a marijuana knock off that you could purchase at gas stations back in the 2010’s. It has hallucinogenic effects and usually only lasted for at most 10 minutes.

Tried it once, never again. Had a few buddies who smoked it like tobacco though. A lot of people got injured falling over since Sativa messes with your ability to balance.
