I see many people being ok with older men dating younger women, but it appears to be looked down upon to be getting lays with older women as a younger guy.

Every time I hear "Hot Cougars in your area" all I can think of is a Mountain Lion thats on fire suddenly sprinting through the front door of my house and recall why VPN and adblock exists..

It's older than Milf they aren't exactly Milf, cougars tend to be older and bordering menopause. This is also a 20+ years old term, it's mostly used by boomers.
