Boost is expensive by the bottle, a little bit cheaper by the six pack, but requires refrigeration. If you're shopping Publix, then that means your'e in the South, so you need refrigeration.
I hope you improve your living situation. I know what it's like living like that, because I've been there before.
Protein bars don't require refrigeration, which is why I recommended them. And they're not *too* expensive, if you buy the 2 for 1 deal boxes of them at Publix. I would recommend beef jerky, but that's *way* too expensive, unless you know someone with cows who makes their own.
You need vegetables, or the equivalent, so drink V8 every day, if you can.
I'm sure there are some websites you can look up for better advice on this than anyone here can give, though. If you hit this rock bottom, which you have, you should find a church -- not the state -- to help you navigate your way back to living well, working more, and joining the ranks of the productive and happy.

over time youll want to find cheap large spice containers like cinnamon, chili powder, garlic, eetc
powdered milk the big $20 bag at walmart will provide you with weeks of the milk and wont need fridge
