Definitely not by sending Assassins into other countries and kill their citizens.
I thought India was a state based on rule of law, but seems I was absolutely wrong, this taught me the actual Indian government clearly. Decisions are based on capriciousness instead.
Calling India a Democracy is nothing but a catchphrase and a facade. It is no different from Pakistan and China.
If you want to judge a Terrorist, bring him to trial.
Edit :
I take that back, India is worse than Pakistan and China, because they did not yet do this kind of assassination on other Nations sovereign ground. It is more like Saudi Arabia, they have done that with Kashoggi, and they treat women equally bad as Indians do.
Well said & yes perhaps if they are going to grow the permanent member base then it has to be more than just 1 & perhaps should have no less than 10 permanent members.
You don't see me "cry" about others because this topic is about India. But I mentioned Trumps terrorist attack just to anticipate your behaviour, because it was obvious that for you the indian state does have any right to send assassins into any country on the world, and you are proud of it as you clearly demonstrate here.
But ofc, other countries do not have any right to send assassins into India to kill what they think of being Terrorists inside India, like your Prime Minister for example, and probably I should consider you as a terrorist too, or at least as a sympathisant of terrorism, as you state yourself.
Anything else to add ? Oh yes, India is a poor and dirty country, and it is based on a stoneage like society structure unable to reform itself, and political decisions are now only made based on belief, not on rationality. I do not see how this country will ever have a great future.
Especially if the inhabitants like you undermine the last remaining strongpoints of the country with their support for terrorist actions and ignorance towards other countries sovereignity.
It does not even ring a bell with you, that sovereignity is the most important thing that Indians regularly claim to want to protect for themselves, but taking it from others is not part of their recognised perception.
As you can see from my profile I am Russian, brother, I know how it feels to be caught inside an echo chamber and being unable to accept reality - it happens around me every day - maybe you as an Indian should consider to watch less of our propaganda, it is not healthy for you. I am Russian soldier stationed in Ukraine, but I never shoot at them, I am not an ordinary soldier, I tell the Ukrainians by phone where to shoot the artillery, and I make deals on how to surrender my people that are not completely out of their mind, so that they can live and not die for nothing, since this war is meaningless for Russia. You should consider to rethink your perspective on India and the world in general. My family is half Russian half Ukrainian. I also have german ancestors. How do you think I would find myself in this conflict ? The answer was simple, it is RATIONALITY, and you should find a way to access RATIONALITY inside yourself.
For those that dont know what the 5 eyes are, here is a description. They are an intelligence alliance comprising Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. At its core, the Five Eyes alliance exists to pool resources and share intelligence among its member nations. They are also referred to as Echelon
What the world deserves now is for Canada & the 5 eyes to share their findings with the rest of the world. In the end the truth must come out in order for allegations to be properly proven or disproven.

Japan having no independence also should not be anywhere near the council.
How?
Thankfully. We don't need a world government.
If they are democratic and have the intention to keep their nation democratic, then they should have access to services afforded to other nations dedicated to democracy and defending democracy.
If not, then no.

In addition, the UN carta needs a compleat revision of the current statute to complete the post-war aera. Germany, Italy and Japan are still subject to the Enemy State Clause in the Statute, which has long been obsolete.
So, no India alone in the security councel would not be a sufficient adaptation of the UN to current developments since its inception.
it one of the reasons the netherlands not want on the council.
I like the idea of expanding the permanent members, but I think it has to also totally abolish the power of veto.
All of the 5 permanent members have used their power of veto in one way or another.
