With Joe Biden as President I wouldn't trust going to another country right now at all.

There are some government sanctioned tours, so if one is in one of these travel would be fairly safe, even if "sterile" and constrained - i.e. you would be shown only the best aspects of the country, you would have to watch your behavior so to not piss the government off, etc.

If it was free, maybe, as a once in a lifetime opportunity to see how a mostly shut in country still operates in an increasingly globalized world, but at the end of the day, the limited time I have in general would be better spent handpicking places of my own choosing, especially with South Korea to the South.

Gladly! Despite the not so good quality of life for locals (thanks to american and other "free world"? countries' sanctions), i hear tourists have a great time there. Besides, asian people are well cultured, well mannered and very respectable.

I would also gladly visit Cuba, too!
