Complete order or complete chaos?
Would you rather live in a totalitarian regime that upholds complete order, or live in a place of uninhibited anarchy that perpetuates chaos?

chaos is natural life is chaos and started from chaos, two tiny atoms coming in contact creates chaos, two little things interacted trillions of years age (amoeba i think they are called) and started the chaos that is evolution over those trillions of years new forms and species where made through that chaos where they would fight and kill each other for dominance, evolving constantly to become what they were, then after many, many, many years we are here, where we create more chaos, but here is whats weird about consciousness or the understanding we humans have, is that chaos is bad and to live a good life you need order, so either way both is necessary and needs the other, but if i had to make a choice it would be chaos its the natural way of the world

Great job stating your perspective!
thank you bro :)
Depends on the size and population of the area in this scenario.
Anarchy won't work with overpopulation, like we have now.

True, but perhaps it will help it.

Interesting visual
Depends on if it has a homogenous culture or is multicultural.

A strong ordered government can work well when the country has a homogenous culture because it's easy for the government to represent the majority of the population.

In a multicultural country a strong ordered government will end up oppressing large groups of people with nearly every decision it makes. That's the problem we see with the USA federal government right now. In a multicultural country you need to give greater liberty and greater independence to the people, or society will break apart.

Strong ordered governments generally have better infrastructure. For instance, the USA has an absolute ♥♥♥♥ rail system compared to many other countries. Japan has one of the best rail systems in the world, and it has the best passenger train system by far with modern high speed trains and very few delays. Japan has a very homogenous culture and the government is more efficient. This is why it can build and operate efficient infrastructure.

The USA's infrastructure is sloppy, decentralized, and terribly inefficient. Things are built on demand to meet the minimum requirements, and they frequently fall into disrepair.

We also have an awful road system that sucks huge amounts of taxpayer funds and is always filled with potholes and the idea of 4 construction workers standing around talking while 1 works is literally a meme.

Wow, you are thorough
Can i choose neutral, or this is not a Shin Megami Tensei reference?
a balance. diversity is a must but also this very diversity will always bring conflict of individual interest. the perks of free will i guess.
some order will always be needed otherwise no common meaning will ever exist. and thus no civ in general.
