Part of the issue is food has too many calories and too little nutrition. And food companies are allowed to put things in food to make you want to eat more. Sometimes bragging about it, like "Bet you can't eat just one".
smart observation, bec. the blood sugar level is somehow the most important role with being low-fat and medication makes mostly the opposite. so a talk with the doctor is needed when the body gains weight through medication!

Heck almost no one has a stand up pc desk. So much weight could be lost if we were standing up at our pcs all day, rather than sitting.
