Why can't we follow Asian culture of shaming fat people?
So, that way everyone is pressured to stay fit and we wouldn't have any epidemic of health issues?

Being fat is a choice.

Muh medical condition!!!
Stop over eating. Get your ass to the gym.
So PCOS - a literal condition that causes weight gain is a choice?

There are others and yes some people do over eat. But that's not the case for everyone.
Fat comes from calories that aren't being used.

Again, stop making excuses. Get to the gym.

There's a lot of conditions like beta blocker syndrome as well, where people have a normal body fat percentage but it's all stored in the gut rather than across the body. They'd have to have unhealthy levels of body fat in order to appear 'normal' and 'thin,' even if they're literally a firefighter who slams 200kg in the gym.

There is some conditions where even if you went every day to gym and you reduce considerably the sugar and change your good entirely it just would not change anything :steambored:

'Get to the gym' - do I look fat to you? Lmfao.

But believe it or not, there are multiple reasons someone can be overweight. You shouldn't judge. You also didn't refute my point at all.

I've never seen you. I don't even know who you are.

Just don't care about other people - they can do / be / think whatever they want as long as it doesn't affect me.

Each one metabolism is different 🤷

And other factors such as continous stress can also affect and so on v:

In some cases is just not as simple v:

Me for example, I barely do exercise and I like sweets a lot, and I am not even 70 kg (1,70 m tall) v:

If someone has a slow metabolism, maybe they should eat less? I know, it's a crazy concept.

As for stress, working out is a stress reliever.

Shaming them isn't the right way to go about it.

Edit: For example, the (morbid) obesity is a symptom of an underlying condition from their mental health and food is their coping mechanism. Shaming them has a far higher probability of worsening their condition than actually help.

Wireless devices are the new secondhand smoke. They even brought in the same firm, Philip-Morris, to defend them and advise in "wargaming" scientists and the public, in the early 00's.

Not simple ,eating less also has its consequences, being tired being one of them, again, depends on the person...

Not every person can handle eating less or not eating at all equally...

And working out is not even a solution to stress, like is not guaranteed that it will fix it even if you do it consistently, it does not work with everybody and everybody has a different way (more effective for them I mean) to release stress :steambored:

Going to gym is not a magical solution to everything...
