Telepathy finds the target using DNA by going through how the air molecules uniquely collide with each other all the way to Greenland. It functions by using electrons and quantum physics.

The body has tremors that are unique to a persons DNA.

Can someone find the base? They will blow themselves up if someone does because they think their technologies will be the end of the world. They live there like it is the future.

Describe further. You could also have genetically modified micro-organisms growing on your skin with a biofilms that traps nanoparticles from the sky. See eg shewanella. This would sensitize you to burning pains, vibration sensations, etc. Any audible would either be due to entraining you into a hyperalert brainwave state where you notice those details. The "Project soulcatcher" aspect, which basically functions like sympathetic magic but uses AI to entrain the brain (an oscillator) with its own activity pattern, is another matter. That would be practically instantaneous. To thwart it you have to break your mind from that entrainment.

The main guy from Project Stargate or Montauk (reportedly ~20% "success") said there was a place he couldn't go iirc inside a mountain, he supposed there was some kind of faraday cage under it blocking him.
