I noticed that since I am married, women appear to be interested in me in public. Is this just in my head or is this real ?

It's a real phenomena. Once one woman is interested in you, suddenly several others are as well. It's not a matter of perception. Well, not in the perceptual framing and filtering sense. It might literally be a matter of perception, in the sense that the world reflects whatever you believe to be true. You can take the mechanistic approach as well for some sort of subtle information transmission, or simply people noticing things and talking.
