I'm not a body-builder but even if I was, I'd never use steroids as it has long-lasting side affects such as heart and blood pressure that is irreversable. It's why so many that use it had died from a heart attack at such a young age.

I workout naturally, I don't really even use powders and such.
I exercise only in moderation, like every second day or so.
