Electric cars are a disaster

Seriously, who thought this was a good idea? Please don't let them breed and further their stupidity upon the human race.

There's nowhere to charge these stupid EVs (electric vehicles) and they have limited coverage and range. Especially if your mode of transport is a van, needed for work to carry tools for jobs or call-outs.

Oh yeah, they lie and say you'll save money, or the government will give you subsidies and grant if your employers trade in their diesel cars for them. They are so expensive, not even getting into the problems insurers are causing Tesla drivers.


This is like British Railway's Modernisation Plan (for those living in the America - was a total f**king disaster, they got rid of thousands of reliable steam locomotives to replace them with dozens of non-standard diesel and electric engines, most had unproven untested technologies that often broke down 40-60% of the time when allocated to a train).

There is a place for electric cars, but unless you can charge it yourself they can be very inconvenient. Cities might be the best place for them, to reduce emissions and noise in the middle of the city. Whatever the sated range a electric car says it has, you should take 1/3 off easily to get the true range of the car.

I put in what is needed for the circumstance im in. Lifes also pretty good for me. I get to be a stay at home wife and ♥♥♥♥ around with you fine people all day till my wife and gf get home from work. Im in a sanctuary city for gender affirming care so the fascists cant really touch me and I got a bowl of gorilla glue with some pattel bubble hash on top. Thanks for the concern though.
