People who shower more than once a day

Why do you do it?

The only reason I can think of is if you work a job like construction, you get up and shower in the morning, spend all day working in the hot sun, then come home and shower before bed

Any other reasons besides a job/lifestyle like that? I'd be interested to hear people's thoughts

some people go to a gym to work out during lunch, so... either stay sweaty the rest of the day, or freshen up with a quick shower to be kind to co-workers - tough choice lol

I used to do it when I went to school sometimes. Shower before school, and sometimes later at home.

I work in a physically demanding environment. The morning shower wakes me up so I can start fresh. The evening shower cleans me of the afternoon filth.

I shower more than once per day like max 2-5 times per year. Given a few times more in the summertime tho. Usually it is due to excercising.

if it's hot sometime I take a very quick shower miday just as a refresh to feel better.

A good rinsing off wouldn't hurt.

I shower often and it's just to relax and stay clean. If you're worried about natural oils washing off, I just use moisturisers.

My main reason however if because I do a lot of sports and gym and on hot days, I just like washing off sweat.

If I take more than one shower, it's to wash off the sweat. Always. There's never any other reason.

Yeah, that's what I've used to do years ago aswell.
Nowadays, I don't even know why I shall bother.. Unless, of course, I do plan to head outside afterwards, as I wouldn't wanna people to smell chlorine outta me.
