Project Zomboid, Fallout 3, or Fallout New Vegas?

I only have enough money for one, which one is best?

Tie between Fallout 3 and New Vegas, so I would say get a quarter and flip it. Personally I prefer New Vegas.

Fallout New Vegas... 3 isn't very good and Project Zomboid is only in early access. I'd whole heartedly recommend Project Zomboid though if you ever get more money, I even have a review if you want to check it out.

I would say go with 3 or New Vegas just because they are complete games. Not saying Zomboid is not fun or a good game, but the fact is it is an early access game.

Thats part of why I'm considering it. The price might be raised once its a full game.

I wouldn't be suprised if the game doesn't get completed for 2 more years, the dev team has some pretty big plans with the AI and such.

Yes, it's very good IMO... just not a good choice if you're strapped for cash and have other games you want as well.
