What happened to dinosaur games?

There's open world games, but they should remake Turok or Dino Crisis. I would play a game like Doom (2016) with dinosaurs or a stealth survival horror game.

I think it is a phase in gaming, for a period of time we had plenty of games with dinosaurs, especially in the time Jurassic movies were a thing.
I believe we are still in the "zombie phase" (if it was not the case before). Remakes?. I think we moved too far away to make people interested in it, but you never know.

Apparently, what they show you in the movie and in the game, is some sort of monster, and does not resemble the actual thing. (If there's anything actual about dinosaurs.) Apparently, dinosaurs didn't resembled the creatures as they were depicted in Jurassic Park. And according to modern sciences, they didn't appeared as such.

What you see is some sort of movie adaptation of a dinosaur, but based on their appearence and behaviour in the movie, they may just as well be aliens.

So, everyone now has this notion about how dinosaurs must have been, but apparently, it's not historically authentic. And they turned the T-Rex into some sort of blood-thirsty monster, for the sake of it having to make it appear spectacular.

It would not be natural for a dinosaur to eat a human, because it's not part of their normal diet.

Yeah, I guess kind of. But FC3 Blood Dragon is set in the future. If they just made a linear shooter like Doom or Wolfenstein with dinosaurs that would be fun too.
