it is epically cringe - or cringe of epic proportions. dude - if you do this whole yelling thing - instead of just grunting like a real man would do when under considerable physical strain - it's time for you to be shipped off to some remote island somewhere and leave the rest of us in peace. there is nothing "epic", "cool" etc, about this.
