what is gen z?, someone said gen z is like emo, lgbt, or whatever is it? but after i asked google gen z is some people who born from 1997 to 2012? i dont understand, can you guys explain it to me?

Generations are not truly real as in some think it is 10 years, others 15 years, and so forth.

The general consensus is every 15 - 17 (again some will put it at 12 - 15) years a new generation begins. Now, again, it depends who you ask when generation z began. Some will say 1997, I will say 1995. But we go back to Generation Y and again some will say it begins in 1980 some will say 1982, and so forth. Now we have the newest generation - Alpha.

Yeah,most people i know who are gen z are just endlessly scrolling tiktok and fb and consuming meme endlessly. Some I know, I have witnessed, will play video games to such excess, that I don't understand how they could get anything else done, and they do nothing at work, so I imagine they also do nothing useful at home. They're a man child

I'm a decade older and I at least...care about having a job. This other person's family is loaded, yet they need a job on their resume. That's all they need it for.

Screwball should at least take the job seriously

I did all the crap for them for a year. I got tired of dealing with it. Now they finally....are whipped up a bit
