I got the craziest pc issue and the internet doesn't even have it

So apparently I got Windows 11 Desktop and it keeps playing this random man or woman voice in the background of application that Im running or not every 30 minutes or 2 hours or so . . . he's blurting out random facts like dog went to the park or the airplane crashed in the forest. I turned off the voice narrator in the main windows setting and hes still talking random stuff for the last 6 months

I ran the anti malware software and there are no viruses at all or unwanted programs

Also I used my task manager, no programs running in the background

How clear is the voice? Does it vary in volume/quality regardless of your audio settings (even all off?)?

If so, it might be a case of your computer equipment picking up stray radio waves.

If it were me I'd just take it as a time to upgrade my computer and format, It sounds like a virus or some idiotic program accidentally installed, either way a format would fix it.

Any particular time it happens or is it random. Sounds like you have a type of virus. Possibly can’t be detected by some anti virus software did you try scanning with windows security?

This is normal - it's just a new feature..

I'm guessing it's either an RSS audio feed playing by itself, or you have some text to speech app that is being triggered.

Could just be an ad playing automatically you can't see somewhere on the page you are on. Those have spooked me before.

My guess is you have an app running in the background. Maybe entertainment related and it's playing some dumb news feed.

Check your installed apps and uninstall anything you don't recognize.
