Its not my nonsense. I'm not a moralist or an everything should be equal person.
it is your nonsense, these are positions you're imagining

What I got out of it was: There is no such thing as truly being equal, there will always be something that prevents us from being equal

Granted, that was besides the point I made when ⛧ responded.

Nope. There are none, except for the guaranteed death of a society.

How would you know? Real communism has never actually been attempted in the world. There have been variations of it, but in a "real" communist society, no one would have more "power" than someone else, no one would make more money than someone else. Everyone in that society would be equal.

The closest thing to a real communist society we have in pop culture is the Federation in Star Trek. There is no money, and the guy working in the bowls of some star ship, dumping human waste into space will be just as valued at the captain of a ship. They would both have equal access to the same food, entertainment, and luxury goods.

But most people don't like to think about that....

Real communism has been tried many times and failed. Why? Human nature. As a species, we lie, cheat, steal, murder, etc. You can't avoid human nature. Even in small communities, eventually, a small percentage of the population will always ruin it. Communism exist on Star Trek because it's a fantasy.

But it hasn't been tried. There have been states that call themselves Communists, but there has never been an actual Communist state. Ever.

In a Communist state, there is no 'state'. The root word of Communist is COMMUNITY, and in Communism this is the highest order of structure.

Even Soviet Russia claimed they were just a temporary state to assist the transition to Communism (lies).
This is why we need Liberia, Chile, El Salvador, or the Congo to embrace true communism, so that they can test it for us.

There are still nomadic people that pretty much practice communism. Everything belongs to the tribe, and everyone feels responsible for everyone else in the tribe.

Paleolithic humans were probably entirely communistic.

Liberia can´t do it, because our ships sail under their flag, i mean of that American company, which does it. I mean that office in our own country, which belongs to that American company, which belongs to Liberia. Sometimes it´s so confusing...

But they can´t do it - except they keep their workers rights, which we can abuse. For profits. It they suddenly care about the people it wouldn´t work.

they were taking the concept of "equality" to an extent nobody, neither on their right mind nor otherwise, argues in favor of
and then pushed it in ten times deeper
Comm is for community.
Community together ism.
Ism is for all isms.
Communists give an example of what not to do or who not to be. Some people need examples of people whom could be described as complete ♥♥♥♥-ups in order to not become ones themselves.
Do you think 100 million perishing for "greater good" is a good thing?

C'mon. It can work small-scale. Not large-scale.

Credit where credit is due, at least communists are good at killing communists.

There is no such thing as large-scale communism. The concern of a communistic society ends at the edge of town.

In a communist state, there is no state. At most you have a collection of cooperative communities, but no official federation binds them.

Agreed. So what's the best system? Better to accept self interest? I think competition is self interest.

Anything that hinders self-interest and competition will... probably not work.

Communism will crush everyone but the elite. Who decides the elite? I don't know.
to be honest, i don't even know myself
