I have dated women with large and small boobs, and I totally understand what is going on. It is quite telling when women get boob reduction surgery to get rid of some of the weight of their oversized mammary glands. Oversized boobs will always point down at some time in a woman's life, bra or not.

I also love it when women do not wear a bra and let their perky breasts bounce around, just as many men do.
