What is your favorite beer?
Mine is Desperados.

Canadian Club is my beer of choice, but it's not actually a beer, rather a whisky. A beer for those that don't care for the taste of beer. Otherwise I would go a Hazy IPA.

I would currently drink Bud Light, not that I care for a light beer, but rather just to piss off the transphobic idiots and be a real man secure in my sexuality.

Peroni has a whole line of beers - like Red, Black, Gold, and Grand Reserve. I drank em all in Italy. Yes, I did. I was a bad boy.

You sure are a bad boy for mixing beers:steamlaughcry:

Ideally with some vodka and lime in a chilled copper mug.

We need to come up with a new name for that. It's unpatriotic.

Depends on how strictly you define "beer." If it's been brewed, but doesn't involve a grain mash, maybe.

On a related note, we need to lobby to end the prohibition on actual sassafras root. The "studies" that were used to justify banning it were utter BS. Of course lab rats are going to have negative health effects if they're force-fed nothing but the concentrated active ingredient.

Also, Birch Beer needs more love.

Mauve-cow Mule. Mossy-cow Mule. Horse-cow Mule.

I've made ginger beer - tastes like the Bundaberg brand but (in my humble opinion) better

Also made Sarsaparilla - which is Root Beer. slightly milder than store bought

The fizz in both was created by a yeast/sugar interaction which puts the alcohol content at less than 0.5%

In Australia this is legally regarded as Alcohol-Free but in my (humble) opinion Free means Free but that's not relevant

So yeah if you want to include Ginger Beer and Sarsaparilla I don't see why not

They would pour the beer into a frosted glass (I have one that I brought back from The Netherlands) and there usually is a small layer of ice just under the head[www.whiteknight77.net].

I always use a chilled glass, but this makes me think I'll frost one up

Totally diggin' a lot of your posts tonight, Kbiz

Shh. Drums in the deep.

Gotta say, you've been a dark horse in this forum to me - likes to brew and likes literature - and likes to brew tinker. Cool from my end.

It just occurred to me, Kbiz - Dark Horse is an ace name for a dark ale or a porter. I might use that!

There is this one I found. But mine aren't commercial so I'm gunna use that name
