No, it's not even nutritional and there are much better options out there. I wouldn't feel comfortable with the idea of eating my fellow man, who probably deserved more dignity than to be dished out and served as if they were slaughtered cattle.

From my understanding—and I assume that you must be talking about Kuru (the prion disease that is related to cannibalism)—you'd only get that disease if you consumed any parts of the human brain. You don't get Kuru just from eating the meat alone.
