Daring someone to do something probably can be seen as grossly negligent. Not sure about murder, but certainly could be charged with manslaughter.
You have to be careful when you tell someone to do something dangerous.
This does remind me of a film i once watched of a person who use to jump off ships so they could make insurance claims. Sure enough the time comes no one notices and the ship drives on leaving them to die in the sea.
Yeah for real, I don't think anyone really understand exactly how dangerous it is to jump off a moving cruise ship they seem to think it'd be like jumping in a pool and they'll just lower a ladder for them or something. They should really give everyone a brief lesson on why it's a bad idea when they board the ship.
I mean in fairness that shark did appear to swim away, so we don't know which shark or sharks committed the actual murder.
No he's just some guy. Or he was, now he's just fish food. RIP though.
If this person didn't clear the ship they probably got dragged into the propeller/s.
