Sorry.. but NO... running is the worst thing one can do.
This is why people shouldn't get their information from randoms off the Internet
... it's usually bad advice.
There's a
~VERY, VERY~ good reason why the experts say:
"try to fight back using any object available" and "if the attack persists, fight back vigorously. Use whatever you have at hand to hit the bear in the face"
Bears aren't what Hollywood makes them out to be... it's life... or death.

Oh? Oh really? OH REALLY??? Totally agree.
...since the only bears in Australia are Koala Bears (which technically isn't a bear). I actually found one in my house once but drove out to let it go in the wilderness. They're very cute.
Lil furry grey lumps.
Thats why if you read my post completely, I say I would run away and likely die from a brown bear.
Black bears just run away. Unless they're completely hungry and on pcp or something. Idk. you're not supposed to run away from a brown bear, that's why I put that I would likely die
Then I listed ways you could deal with a brown bear.
Thank you for reading for two seconds, go back to tiktok
if its grizzly you are toast and better have your bear spray on you
Oh, Boo Boo Bear, secure that sh!t in bear country.
