What game has the biggest modding community?
I’m thinking Skyrim because no matter how many mods I install there’s always more being made.

I need to get Skyrim in VR, that would make modding so much more fun.

Either DOOM or Minecraft

Minecraft has always had a huge modding community, but DOOM modding has come so far that's its being used as it's own engine for entirely separate games (Sonic robo blast 2 for example)

Neverwinter Nights has a still active community after 20+ years. You find new stuff and new posts daily.
