That's true, it's not that healthy.. But I don't really care, as long as it gets the job done.

the tannin oils (suspected) make me ill now, i used to drink a ton of black tea! bought it by the 2L cannister, and would steep it in a large pot and take it with me to work in a thermos. but something changed in my constitution and i can no longer handle it. its terrible.

i must have committed a grave sin in the past life. hopefully i burned an entire country to the ground or something bigger to warrant such punishment. =(

Doctor said "less coffee, no energy drink." So I drink black tea.

Now when summer is comming ice tea act like a energy drink but with less suger.

As for tea yea black tea is good.
