The thing is, he gave it a try which gets my respect any day.. I don't agree with his views but still. But in another post he says something like.. "you would have people in suits paying $1 for coffee while unhoused people would pay $10". Clearly people with common sense aren't going to pay full price for coffee if they don't need too.
People were going to give him free stuff so he can give out free stuff forever.
