Ace Attorney Justice for All (2nd game)
I dunno if I just got "better" (in an ironically bad way) at these games after playing two of them (I did 4 before 2, lol) or if they just goofed up designing this one, but far too frequently I've figured out exactly what happened like 20 or 30 minutes before the end of the case, and I'll get penalized for trying to paint a more complete picture than the game wants me to.

Like (avoiding real example because spoilers) if the guy was stabbed with an icycle that happens to be shaped like a bullet, and they want me to present the murder weapon, I'll present the icycle and everyone goes "..." and my health bar explodes because it thinks I think it was the gun. Or something.

Yeah, 2nd game of the trilogy is mostly regarded as the weaker entry.

And to be honest, if you lived through AA1 case 5 then you're already kind of godlike.

The investigation parts in 1-5 were more obscure than most cases I've played, but what really bugged me about it was that it was just so long. IIRC they even brushed off the three days thing for that one.
